Uttarandhra and Seemandhra have been neglected by all leaders since independence. Development was focused earlier on Hyderabad surrounding areas. Both Uttarandhra districts of Vizianagaram&Srikakulam remain so undeveloped that most immigrants come from these places only. Despite having lands to irrigate, they are working as laborers in Andhra Pradesh.
Having Vishakapatnam as Capital will lead to development of Uttarandhra. Seemandhra remains neglected by all leaders leading to it being a faction infested region. Development has to be decentralized to provide focus to all. Its a wise decision. Each district of Andhra Pradesh should be well known for a department. This will lead to widespread development.
Jagan has made a good move and this should be supported by all people.
