In the earlier years, capitalists used politicians but now many directly participate in elections& shamelessly divert works/services/projects to their own firms or firms that would give them commission in their offshore accounts.
All Parties are the same in looting government money without any exception. No party today can offer clean government since capitalists rule the parties & their end motive is Profit. Foreign agreements are tweaked to benefit few groups. Tenders are written with conditions drafted by the very companies who have to participate in tenders.
All Parties are carrying this burden of corruption & hence only a few are actually punished by law. When they come to power,judiciary removes all corruption charges wasting thus taxpayers time.
Amaravathi, Polavaram are no exceptions to this. It is a capitalist world out there. Land acquiring started 2 years back to capital announcement. Hence even if investigated, no pattern of corruption would emerge. The capitalists have strong CAs who protect the tracks leaving no clues. Hence most political accusations remain allegations and not driven to logical conclusions.
There is a old boys club among politicians which protects each other. Only one in hundred is prosecuted. Rest all is vote-bank dramas where accused comes out on bail & cases are closed & even attached money by ED is given back. This is Indian Politics today.
