TDP has communicated that as long as its demands were met, it would have no problem in maintaining relations. This clearly points to a potential come-back for TDP into NDA which alone can ensure for TDP that it will win in 2019. Nitin Gadkari inaugurated several infrastructure projects this week in AP. CBN has been acting on protocol for Central Ministers and if only it reins the acerbics in TDP, they can sail together.
TDP is on a weak wicket in Andhra Pradesh due to the reality of Reddy Consolidation in Seema and Kapu Consolidation in North Andhra and Godavaris. Pawan Kalyan is set to become a KingMaker and the party now has 2 TV Channels of its own. Janasena might even explore starting their own newspaper very soon.
At this juncture, its only friend in AP is Cong-I. TDP knows that NDA will rule in 2019 as well and hence TDP should rein in the likes of Flexi Favorite Katragadda Babu and work on seat sharing. They should not trust the Vote Split of PK. PK will become a Kumara-Swamy.
TDP should apologize to NDA for losing KTKA and make rapproachments. A healthy centre-state relationship is essential for the prosperity of a state. One cannot go against the center just because it denied power contract to their firm.
AP should sail with NDA.
