The Zoning system seems to have been designed in some foreign share where there is miles distance between two clusters and also houses have distance between them.
For Green Zones, there is full exemption for all activities. In Red Zones, the containment zone is an area where there are more than 4 cases. With that pt being centre, 0.5 km radius is sealed. The area beyond that is buffer zone. Infact entire red zone has only containment area and buffer area.
While Green Zones are happy since all economic activities are allowed, red zones have the maximum restrictions. No business activity is allowed. A red zone can be moved into a green zone only if there are no confirmed cases for 21 days in a district.
No taxis and autos are allowed in Red Zones even outside the containment zones. Offices have been allowed to open with one third of the staff. The classification has caused severe problems for businesses in the buffer zones for they have not been able to open their businesses for nearly 2 months now. With a impending Lockdown4, it will be 65 days before they open their businesses.
Businesses are not being allowed to open to atleast clean their shops.
