Varla Ramayya had in January held press conference that Nimmagadda Prasad is in Serbia Jail since July 30. Nimmagadda Prasad was earlier in Chanchalaguda Jail for 17 months. Telugu 360 also mentioned the same this week that Jagan is meeting Modi to ask centre to help nimmagadda prasad
to be brought to serbia. Varla Ramayya also said that all YSR team has been repeatedly asking Dr.Jaishankar to bring nimmagadda back to India.
Cong government had given 22000 acres to VANPIC floated by Nimmagadda Prasad and Ras Al Khaimah. Nimmagadda Prasad had invested 854 Crores into Jagan companies. This case has potential to upset Jagan's rule and might even force him back into jail. His sister Sharmila might take over as CM of the state in this case since his uncle is also dead.
