Delhi Elections loss for BJP is proving positive for YSR party in Andhra Pradesh since it is making BJP realize the need to have YSR as a friend instead of tagging along with TDP at a time when BJP has lost six states in two years.
The Delhi election was not even close. For 27 Years, BJP Delhi hasn't been able to project a mass leader who could take on Congress and then AAP. Despite having won MCD elections for four terms, BJP hasn't been able to win Assembly Mandate from AAP.
YSR Party has 22 MPs and will soon have 10 RS MPs. TDP is nowhere close to recovering and alliancing with it will not allow any growth for TDP in the near future. If BJP enters into alliance with YSR party, it can keep tab on conversions and as well be in ruling alliance for atleast 10 years.
YSR strongly believes that BJP will rule country for another 10 years atleast and hence it is looking at long term relationship by alliancing with Modi-Amit Shah combine. This will prove positive for Andhra Pradesh. Need to see how Modi responds on three capitals and legislative assembly dissolution.
